Dec 2018
We are pleased to announce our first four members of the Editorial Board. Each has made a significant contribution toward understanding the Jerusalem Council. We have now secured permission to publish or reprint about 20 articles, to be reviewed by the Editorial Board, for consideration into the first volume of The Acts 15 Chronicle book series. We are looking for somebody to serve as a liaison between our Society and the publisher on this project, so please contact us if you are interested.

Note that a new registered member of the Society is the organization Toward Jerusalem Council II. Their website explains their initiative toward a second Jerusalem Council, which would be a monumental event. The last of the 7 Ecumenical Councils took place in 787, so why after 1300 years would the idea return? And why is there a focus or link with the Jerusalem Council? See their website for more details.

The Society’s website has now attracted 1047 visitors from 53 countries without any effort to announce the website. An intentional campaign to broadcast the site will begin upon completion of the Editorial Board.
This month’s feature is a blog post, the first in a series on ritual law, by our President Paul Blake: Ritual Law
